Below you will pertinent information about the Binghamton Club. If you have any additional questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Dress Code
For the entire Club, the dress code is the same. Business Casual is defined as a collared shirt and pressed slacks and comparable attire for women. Fashion denim without rips or tears is allowed as well. No baseball caps, flip flops, tank tops, athletic shorts, cargo pants, tee shirts, spandex, open midriffs, halter tops or leggings unless in the athletic facility.
Summer Dress Code
In addition to the Business Casual attire, Bermuda length shorts and leather sandals are acceptable attire in the summertime
Parking
Parking is available in our parking lot. For large events after 5 p.m. you may use the BCSD parking lot next to the club as well
Tipping
Tipping is not encouraged, but at your own discretion for exemplary service
Credit Cards
Credit cards are acceptable as a form of guest payment
Cell Phone Use
Cell phone use is allowed throughout the Binghamton Club
Accessibility
Immediately upon entering the Club, there is an elevator to the right that accesses three floors of the building, including the ballroom. The handicap accessible bathroom is located on the 2nd floor, in the Billiard Room
Food Allergies or Sensitivities
Ideally let the Events Coordinator know of any food allergies ahead of time, but also at the time of the event, please let one of the servers know this information.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated smoking areas. Please ask a member of the staff to direct you
